Two of the cap screws were broken and the foam for the poles, three were ripped. Ended of using duct tape around the foam to keep it further from ripping. As this was a birthday present and no time to send it back. Side note: plan on ordering swingset anchors.The swing set I originally ordered I did not receive, due to gueenb error. It was replaced by another one of equal value, I presume. It is smaller in size but it is sturdy when put together. And the thickness of the material is great. It was easy to put together also. All and all I am satisfied with the set. I am also happy with the fast response when my order was erroneously sent elsewhere.My granddaughter loves itI was very happy with this purchase. I was going to buy a wooden set, so I read most of the reviews. The children at my house are 5 and 7 yrs old - and most of the wooden sets are recommended for younger children. For the cost I wanted something that would last. The price on this set was great, it was delivered to my door. It took two to put it together. The set is solid. The kids love it. I purchased it because of the circle basket - it's the kids favorite. I also purchased the anchor set.No review did not get the correct Swing Set. No guarantee I'd get the Rosemead if I reordered it. Wanted a heavy duty swing set for special needs child due to weight limits. Very disappointed.It was actually fun to put together and I love the colors! Everything was labeled clearly and all the parts were there. Here are a couple thoughts. It is a small set compared to the one we had previously - for both the weight limit and that it's for ages 3 - 8 years. Secondly, we tightened the screws so tight that they broke several of the blue plastic safety snap covers. I ended up super gluing the covers together. Not sure how long they will last. Just be careful.This swing set is perfect for small children 2-7 or 8 years old. The slide isn’t anything spectacular but this set definitely gets the job done for the price. My husband used his own tools to put it together and had another person helping him and it only took 2 1/2 hours.
